Downtown architecture, interior design, graphic design and brand strategy firm FRCH Design Worldwide was named one of the 2012 Best Employers in Ohio by the Ohio Society for Human Resource Management State Council and Best Companies Group.
The winners were determined using a statewide, two-part survey. Companies nominated from across the state were evaluated on their workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. Employees of nominated companies also participated in a survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores of the data collected determined the final rankings.
FRCH was recognized as one of the top 16 employers in the small/medium business category defined as companies with 15-249 employees.
